Inception & Core Thermodynamic Beginnings
The vision was born. Development commenced on our pioneering Coil Simulation Software, specifically engineered for thermal calculations of Evaporators, Chilled Water Coils, Heating Coils, and Steam Coils. This laid the technological foundation for our specialized HVAC calculation suite.

2007
Portfolio Expansion: Chillers & Package Units
Building on early success, we expanded our thermodynamic software suite by initiating development on advanced Chiller and Package Unit Simulation Software, substantially broadening our product calculation capabilities.

2008
Official Incorporation & Global Sales Launch
Officially registered the corporation and established our physical offices. We initiated commercial sales, immediately capturing high-demand international markets with Canada and Mexico as our first two target markets. To support this rapid scaling, we built our first distributed remote team of specialized part-time software developers.

2009
Strategic Marketing & Regional Industrial Audits
Launched comprehensive marketing initiatives. Our executive team conducted technical on-site factory visits to prominent industrial hubs in the UAE and Egypt, establishing crucial manufacturer alliances. We also marked our official debut presence at The Big 5 Exhibition in Dubai to build strong B2B relationships.

2010
Market Penetration & Prominent Expo Presence
Aggressively expanded our market share in Egypt, solidifying our local footprint. 2012
Transatlantic Operations & European 'Know-How' Project
Expanded our commercial reach to the United States. Concurrently, we successfully entered the European market by delivering our first advanced technology transfer ("Know-How of HVAC-R Manufacturing") engineering project in the Czech Republic, demonstrating our capability to meet strict international standards.

2013
Strategic Enterprise Advisory & Product Optimization
Signed our first major long-term consultancy contract with a leading Saudi Arabian industrial manufacturer. We successfully spearheaded a comprehensive, two-year product development and technical optimization initiative across their entire equipment and product lines.

2015
Transition to Dedicated In-House Talent
Reached a pivotal milestone in operational scale by transitioning from part-time contractual resources to hiring our first official, full-time in-house team of engineers and software developers, ensuring sustained, long-term product innovation.

2016
Industrial Turnkey Factory Project in Iraq
Delivered a highly prestigious industrial mega-project in Iraq, engineering complete manufacturing lines and heavy machinery, including Package Units, Air-Cooled & Water-Cooled Chillers, and Condensing Units (utilizing advanced Screw and Scroll compressor configurations).

2017
Headquarters Relocation & Organizational Growth
Relocated to a new, modern corporate headquarters to support our growing operation. We expanded our core team to 8 full-time specialists, strategically balancing our workforce between software developers, mechanical design engineers, and technical sales experts.

2020
Launch of Flagship 'AppliedLab' Software Suite
Commenced development on our flagship calculation platform, AppliedLab. This breakthrough software professionally integrated 6 core engineering programs (including package and chiller selection) into a single, unified interface. Featuring an extensive thermodynamic database (compressors, condensers, valves, and accessories), it delivers an unparalleled integrated user experience.

2021
Heat Exchanger Portfolio Diversification
Significantly diversified our thermodynamic simulation offerings. We launched state-of-the-art calculation and selection software modules for specialized heat exchangers, including Shell & Tube, Plate, Brazed Plate, and Micro-channel technologies.

2024
Web-API Core Architecture & Native 2D CAD Integration
Established a dedicated API Core division to transition our desktop selection engines into modern, highly accessible web-based applications. Additionally, we integrated direct AutoCAD engine connectivity, enabling users to effortlessly generate precise, native 2D schematic machine drawings directly within the platform.

2025
3D Modeling, CFD Simulations, & Corporate Expansion
Pioneered advanced spatial simulation by introducing full 3D visualization capabilities into our AHULAB (Air Handling Unit selection) and Fan Coil Design software. Concurrently, we launched our advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Simulation services. To accommodate this rapid operational scale-up, we executed a major expansion of our physical headquarters' office facilities, established a dedicated in-house marketing department, and scaled our specialist workforce to nearly 20 top-tier professionals.
